Refund policy

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- You must initiate the return request within 3 days of delivery.

To start a return, you can go to your orders on our website and request for return, there's an option available or please contact us at support@ootdly.in with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
